What is the best mixture of antispyware programs to use if you are being cyberstalked?

Generally speaking, you would only want one antispyware and antivirus program, preferably from the same company/source.
There are tendencies for two different antispyware programs to actually hinder the operation of the other and so on...the same goes for the antivirus programs too. My suggestion is to use AVG...they are free and have daily updates. The other suggestion is to watch where you surf on the net, dont open emails from those you are unsure of, and run and antivirus sweep daily if you think that there are problems with your system. Worst case scenario is that you might need to wipe your hard drive(s) and reload your OS and start over again....but i dont think that should be necessary except as a last resort.
