Well i did mine in Hill Giants in f2p but i say the best for both f2p and p2p are the lvl 55 Spiders in the stronghold of security at the barbarian village coz they are aggressive which means you don't have to click to attack and you can go afk if you wish, but bring FOOD! i used them to get 70 attack and 65 str and def
