It was designed to use regular gas. Higher octane wont make it run any different. Don't believe me... check it out for yourself.
15.8 U.S. Gallon
Fairly cheap on ebay. But, are you sure it's the PCM ?
Yes it is just fine to run that. BUT....Why? It will not make your car go faster, cleaner, or last longer than the Regular 87. It is way out of reason to buy the HIGHER 93 when there is Regular available.
Clutch needs adjusting Syncronizers (burned) Throw out bearing
The front sub frame is all the same from 95-02 cavalier, Z24 or sunfire. i had a rotten one in my 97 and used a frame from a 01 sunfire GT

First off the Trick Is Not to Be Caught!! I Have A 98 Z24 and the Easiest Upgrades are obviously Intake...Exhaust...Tires...Cams...High Compression Springs And Valves (well those aren't really easy but you get the point)
if it is stock compression 93 is fine..where did you find 98 octane anyway?
The oil being milky is caused from water getting into it, if I remember right that sounds like a bad head gasket
