Sorry to burst the whole "Magic Diet Pill" bubble here, but there are NO over-the-counter medicines that make you lose weight without feeling hungry and craving the foods you used to eat too much of! Cravings and discomfort are part of any withdrawal, and overeating is just as addictive as some drugs - if you think of it like this and plan to change your eating habits for a lifetime instead of trying to find some magic pill to do it all for you, then you will be able to change yourself and lose weight. Check out any website on nutrition, healthy eating, sensible diets, etc. for more info! BTW: I am overweight myself, and recently my pharmacy team and I decided to have a contest - not to lose pounds, but to see who can change their entire eating habits and be the most healthy (which will make us lose pounds, but also have much more energy and help with the withdrawal cravings)
