Depends on what you are looking from the place you live from. Usually it is about what you want from live and what you are looking for in the future. Some say that America is the best place to live since the prices and taxes are low. Some then again think Norway for example is the best place to live even though they have high prices and taxes, since it is one of the most advanced welfare state's there are.
