For me ePSXe performs the best. Experiment with Audio / Visual plugins too.
A PSX emulator may be obtained from ePSXe. They have high quality products that seamlessly emulate the PSX on both Windows and Linux platforms. You may also get ROMs from this site.
well you can but is complicated.you need to download an emulator for psx downlooad the game and open the game with the emulator
look up the bios on google look for scph1001 and put it in the bios folder in the emulators folder
[PEC] PSX Emulation cheater is a very good tool for PSX Emulators. It is compatible with any emulator that uses a 'Plugins' file, such as ePSXe. www.Emucheater.com is the maker of [PEC] however the site was down last time I checked. Google either program to find them, as they are completely free. On the Contrary, [CEP] Is a very good cheating program for any Emulator that doesn't rely on a 'Plugins' file, such as 'pSX'. Both programs use Gameshark, or PAR codes to modify the needed files to cheat. You can use google to find either program, and they are both completely free.

Your best choice would be to get a PlayStation emulator and buy Metal Gear Solid. Try this site - http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/
Yes. For Final Fantasy I, II and III you need an NES emulator and the rom. You will need an SNES emulator for IV, V and VI and a PSX emulator for VII, VIII and IX. PS2 will work for XII, XIII.
Your supposed to get a rar file extractor. Everything you need is INSIDE of it.
You could always download a PSX emulator and by doing so, you can download the V8 ROM and play it.
PSX Emulator? I know of a good one. ePSXe. Highly configurable, many options. You'll have to find the BIOS though, as those ARE illegal. http://www.epsxe.com Please let me restate, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN FOR FINDING THE BIOS. There are sites out there. For best results, try searching for it on Google.
it has something to do in your BIOS all you have to do is go to bios and put everything in originall
I have a ds, gba, N64, psx, and super Nintendo emulator, and mine still runs full speed.
