It depends what you want to do. "Enemies Explode" is a particularly spectacular Destruction spell, if you have high destruction and lots of magic. If you are really good at conjuration, there is "Summon Storm Atronach" which is fairly awesome. The Restoration spells "Absorb Health" kill your enemies while keeping you healthy at the same time--a custom Absorb Health spell will make all other spells unnecessary. High-level Illusion Spells like "Command Creature", "Command Humanoid" and "Demoralize" are surprisingly helpful in getting the odds in your favour.
