Jergens Natural Glow Express Body Moisturizer. You can get it at Walmart, Wallgreens, Target. I recommend going with the one for Medium skin tone. The light skin tone does nothing really. Be sure to wear a rubber glove or I've even heard of people using a walmart plastic bag to put over their hands to rub the lotion in. It is VERY hard to get off the palms of your hands if you don't use something to put it on your skin with.

Anyway, I have used a TON of different products and I find this one to be the best. It comes in a foam version too which is just as great. So depends on what your cup of tea is. You will really see a big difference with in 2 days and by the 3rd day you'll be where you need to be. After applying it for 3 days in a row to keep your tan where it is reapply every other day or every 2 days. Otherwise it'll start to fade in spots like at the creases of your elbows.

If you have very fairy skin, I highly recommend the Coppertone Sport sunscreen with SPF 30 or 50. The higher the SPF the better protection you get. These sunscreens are very affordable and can be found at any stores such as Target, Wal Mart or Walgreens.

Can you use sunscreen to keep from skin cancer?

If it is a 15 level or higher sunscreen that filters both UVA and UVB (read the label) and you use it according to directions, and re-apply as necessary, it greatly improves your chances of avoiding skin cancer, yes. It cannot guarantee you will not get skin cancer, nothing can. You take your best shot - and sunscreen is your best shot.

How can you get fair skin?

Well, for one thing, if you're rather dark skinned or ethnic, your skin will probably never be exactly "fair." I have naturally fair skin, but I know that covering up your skin when you go outside can keep your skin very light. Make sure to wear sunscreen and sunglasses, and probably a large sun hat when you're out in the summer. It's easier to get tan than it is to "get fair skin," and probably you can only achieve this if you have medium-light skin. One thing you have to remember is that fair skin gets burnt very easily, so make sure that if you ever want to regain your color to wear sunscreen and limit sun exposure per day (i.e. thirty minutes a day rather than three hours).

How do you change golden skin into pale skin?

Skin lightening does not rely on products alone, although choice of good skin lighteners is a major factor. Use of sunscreen, your favorite moisturizers and vitamin C contribute to the maintenance of a fair, rosy whiter skin.

An opaque sunscreen will not let the sun close to you skin it will just bonce off the sunscreen. A transparent sunscreen will let the sun come through the sunscreen and will potentially burn you skin.
