cod oil and green tea supplement work for me!
the right vitamins and minerals also doesnt need to be washed every day or it will take out all of the natural oils that contribute to shiny thick healthy hair
Im not sure but to get that Asian straight shiny look your hair has to be thin so go to a hair salon ask them to thin it out I have very thick hair myself but when I straighten my hair it comes out straight so it might be your flat iron, but yea I thinned out my hair a little by cutting shorter then my normal hair which I have long hair and to get the shiny look I recommend a good conditioner I don't know which are good cause i just use herbal essences but that's all I can tell you! Hope I help tell me if it does!

Skaterboy look. Hair swept to the side. (Could either be left or right). A mohalk would suit boys best with thick hair.
