Tampons aren't recommended to teenagers due to higher risk of TSS, it's best to start with tampons and if you want to use internal options consider menstrual cups, but if you do use tampons...
GREAT question! I am only 13 and I needed a tampon for beginners, too! I saw a commercial about Playtex Gentle Glides, and decided to try it! Unlike other applicators, this one's slippery and smooth so it goes in easy! I got it on my FIRST try! I read the instructions, and I was so happy when it didn't hurt and I couldn't feel it inside me! I DEFINITELY Recommend it! I would suggest the unscented slender light and slender multi-pack. That's all they had in my comfort-zone (small/slender) at Wal-Mart. When they say it's their most COMFORTABLE applicator, they really mean it! Make sure to read the info on TSS (Toxic shock syndrome) first, though. It's really important.
-Hope I helped!
There are no health concerns with early tampon use. If a tampon is comfortable, a teenaged girl can use it.

If you can still see the tampon once it's inserted then you've not inserted it far enougj. Remove the tampon and try again later, this time insert higher - it's best to use non-applicator tampon so you have better control over insertion.

You simply pull the tampon string gently but firmly - or insert clean fingers vaginally to grab the tampon itself in order to remove. Once removed you wrap-up the used tampon and throw in the waste bin, or if you'reusing reusable tampons clean out in the sink. You can then insert a fresh tampon or reinsert the reusable tampon - although it's best to alternate with pads after tampon use.
is there a special way to put a tampon in my anus

To use a tampon you simply insert a fresh tampon into your vagina following the instructions given on the box. You have to remember to follow precautions too such as changing every 4-6 hours, no tampon use when not menstruating, always use lowest absorbency, no tampon use overnight, and alternate with pads often. As long as you're relaxed and use tampons correctly insertion is easy.
If you use a tampon three days after a colposcopy with biopsies, you could disturb the clot on the biopsy sites and they could start bleeding. Take out the tampon and just use pads for a couple of weeks.
OB is simply a brand of non-applicator tampon. You would use them the same way as you would any other conventional tampon.
