A nice gift is something personal to her, or maybe chocolates or flowers if you don't know her that well. If you know her, think of the sort of things she likes and work on that to find the perfect gift.

Even though you love her, if this is the first time you've exchanged gifts, you may want to keep it a little light - hearted. It is probably too soon for a diamond ring. A framed photo of the two of you would be romantic, also.
