The best way is catapult some Twigs or either Pebble maybe putty if you have a lot because putty is light and pebble is the best way because they are solid! (ROCK HARD)

Dude, putty doesn't damage buildings....
If you want to destroy the bunker, catapult it until it's hit points are below 50%. If you want to bait it, find out the monsters in the bunker. If it's all eyeras, send in a few pokeys at a time. The eyeras will run for it. If there are strong monsters inside (like DAVES), send in eyeras.
