Guilt can be a terrible emotion to live with. If guilt starts to interfere with your daily life, you must see a counselor/psychologist very soon.
First its a good idea to try and find out why you are guilty. What is it you have done ?
Think about what is making you guilty. Is it bad ? How bad is it ? Can you do something to fix it ?
Sit down, and think. What are you going to do about it ?
(It would be a good idea to write these down.)
Ask friends for advice, talk to someone, perhaps even the person that guilt is related to.
Once you understand your guilt and whats going on, don't ignore it.
Find out where it is coming from and make sure that you are feeling guilty because of the right reasons.
If you feel guilty for sure, Learn to forgive yourself. Go and talk to the source of that guilt.
If you can't seem to do it right, i suggest you contact a psychologist or counselor and ask for advice. That would be the best help (:
