Washing the hair with water and shampoo will completely remove temporary haircolor.

In that case you should go to sallys and see what kind of hair dyes that they have. But a little warning these vibrants hair colors will be hard as hell to get out, leading to most likely color remover or a bleach bath to get rid of it.
