Well there are two ways i know of that you can make your teeth white and healthy. One way is to go to your dentist and if he thinks your teeth are too yellow then he will give you this white stuff that you put on your teeth to make them look white. You have to do this once a month. That process was called whitening your teeth. Another way to make your teeth healthy and white is to brush them after every meal of the day so they stay clean throughout the day. Most people just brush their teeth 2 times a day like after breakfast and dinner but if you want your teeth to be really really white then i would pick 3 times a day. HOPE I HELPED!! :p
