I'll let you in on a secret: Don't use any weight loss programs that claim you will lose lots of weight quickly. It will work for a short while, but all that weight quickly comes back. Don't take diets, because all you're losing in diets is water. If you don't believe me about the weight loss programs, I'll give you some logic: If you lose weight, the company loses a customer. No customers, no money. So just stick to regular exercising, and don't overwork yourself because you'll lose nothing BUT water. Just exercise about three hours with weight lifting and sit ups for about four times a week, or daily. Don't eat restaurant salad, etc.

Depending on your current weight, you may be able to lose one pound per day in 100 days. However, a starvation diet would be required to do so, and this is never recommended. Quick weight loss is not real weight loss, which is the loss of excess fat stored in the body. Really fast weight loss is the loss of water and muscle tissue, and the loss is not sustained over time. The deliberate loss of 100 pounds in 100 days would likely result in a gain of that weight and more over the following six months. It's unhealthy and unwise, especially given other health concerns that you might have.
