The best way to record audio in myBrainshark is to use the add audio feature in the application, although you could also embed your audio in your slides ahead of time, or upload each audio track as mp3's from the edit slides area.
By using the add audio feature, you can add you voice by phone (number is supplied) or computer microphone. As you speak you can click off your animations, just like you would if you were presenting. This is the easiest way to add since you can do it simply over each slide, preview each one, re-do etc.
