Clothes that get blood on them, need to be steeped in COLD water immediately otherwise the blood is nearly impossible to remove once it has dried.
Just rinse the clothes. The soap should wash away in the water. The easiest way to do this is probably to put them in the washer.
You should try aerosol hair spray, spray it on and then run it through the laundry.

Yikes! It's been dried already? Well, I've always used hairspray on ink stains and have been able to fade the stains pretty well! Soak the stain with any hairspray and use a toothbrush to scrub the stain. Wash in as hot of water as allowed for the fabric. Maybe try soaking in some hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol as well. Continue the hairspray and toothbrush routine a few times to fade it. Good luck!
If the ketchup has dried you will want to remove the excess by scraping gently with a butter knife. Then sponge the stain with cool water and work a mild detergent (Dawn or Tide) will work. Rinse with cool water then pretreat the stain with a stain remover such as a Tide-To-Go pen. Wash and dry as usual.

Blood stains will darken with age. To wash blood out of clothes, steep in cold water over night (avoid hot water as the heat will simply cook the blood and make it harder to remove). Use a cool wash as normal the next day. If the clothes are white and will withstand it, a bit of liquid bleach could be added to the overnight soak.
The wet clothes will evaporate and leaving the clothes dry.
