Once you remove the pan, you'll see it.
Remove the engine cover it
Remove the large nut where the fuel line enters the carburetor. The filter is located behind that connection.

Remove the oil filter and then remove the extra o-ring that's STUCK up in the engine block were the filter seats against. It should ONLY have ONE O-RING and that will set on the top of the oil filter.
That would be the FACTORY A/C DELCO FILTER. If it wasn't any good then Chevy would not have used it.

On Power Strokes, the fuel filter is located in the middle Of the engine under the cover that says Power Stroke 7.3. Remove the cover, if still there, remove the filter cover. Pull the old filter out, let it drip fuel, then place old filter in a pan. Slowly immerse new filter into housing. There will be some spillage. E
The oil filter is on the right hand/front side under the oil cooler lines. Remove the three Allen bolts and the oil filter element is in there!! Behind the drain plug, at the bottom of the case.
