Im guessing your after a few short cuts so focus on the key points of a German exam like questions often asked and look for some short cuts... For instance a question may ask if you have any brothers or sisters and if so describe them, so to make it easy just say no even if its a lie as the answer is still correct and will still give you top marks as well as extra time. Additionally if you know of a centence in German but come across a word you dont know just write that word in English and carry on. For instance if I wanted to say "Mein Deutch ist nicht so gut (My German is not so good)" but if I didnt know the German word for "My" I would instead say "My Deutch ist nicht so gut".
