From a dealers point of view you will get the most money from selling each coin one at a time. But having this many coins of a single date & mint it will take a long time to sell them. I think the best thing to do is call as many coin dealers in your area as you can find and get some offers on a bulk buy, I'm sure they will ask to see the coins so take them to as many as you can and don't except the first offer, shop around.
