I would also say that Remi Velvet by Outre or Remy by Saga are the best both are of great quality, they can run anywhere from $49 for 10inches to $99 for 14inches, but they will look great, you can wash them and also they last extremely LONG. All my friends and I wear these two brands!
Also, if you are on a budget, i would recommend Black Diamond or Milky way blue.

Remi hair is supposed to be the best when getting a sew-in. It's expensive though. Mostly I hear about Goddess, Saga, & ModelModel Ego. But I've heard conflicting stories about tangling & such. I personally loved VIP Envy Remy Yaki. I paid about $120 for 2 packs. It was so soft. It seemed like my hair permed. It wasn't overly silky like some hair that's less convincing. I kept it in for 8wks but it definitely could've lasted longer.
