i think it's a tortoise..
No. The anaconda is the heaviest snake and the second longest reptile alive today (first place goes to the reticulated python). However, the title of largest reptiles around today goes to the saltwater crocodile.
No but it is the biggest Reptile
The Saltwater crocodile is the largest reptile native to Australia.
3meters long
a dino was a reptile, when the first form of reptile started it broke in to two groups one that turned in a dino and also some turned into what we are today.
yes dinosaurs are the ancestors of today's reptiles
an anaconda is the largest snake the komodo dragon is the largest land dwelling reptile the Australian saltwater crocodile is largest in the crocodilian family
Mabey.I think not because there are so many reptiles bigger than the aligator! Like the water dinosaur(its dead),Dinosaurs(their dead too),and the Comono Dragon. So it looks like the aligator is the 4th biggest reptile!
the first reptile would be the alligator and crocadile they have been here dinosaur time and they are the oldest living reptiles alive today.
reptile scales
This is somewhat a difficult question to answer. In terms of size, the Estuarine crocodile is the biggest reptile alive, and therefore would probably be tallest when it stood to it's full height. It's full height would be measured in the distance between the top of it's hips and the ground, which depends entirely on the crocodile being examined; as all individuals are different.Height isn't normally used for assessing how large a reptile is, but if it was, then the Estuarine crocodile would most likely be the tallest known reptile that is alive today.
The largest egg among reptiles is laid by the leatherback sea turtle. It can measure about 9 inches in length and 6 inches in width.
