This is somewhat a difficult question to answer. In terms of size, the Estuarine crocodile is the biggest reptile alive, and therefore would probably be tallest when it stood to it's full height.

It's full height would be measured in the distance between the top of it's hips and the ground, which depends entirely on the crocodile being examined; as all individuals are different.

Height isn't normally used for assessing how large a reptile is, but if it was, then the Estuarine crocodile would most likely be the tallest known reptile that is alive today.
