I'm not 100% on the boiling temperature of full cream, i have a feeling it depends on the exact type of cream, thickness, additives etc but as a chef when making certain sweets the cream we use boils at around 77°c , i know this because the sweets split at 78°c and i have to start again.
The boiling point of butter is approximately 257-300°F (125-150°C), depending on its water content. When butter is heated, the water evaporates first, followed by the milk solids, and then the fat.

The boiling point of freshwater is lower than the boiling point of saltwater.
The boiling point is the temperature at which a substance boils. Different substances have different boiling points. The boiling point of water is 100 degrees Celsius. You have to have an accurate thermometer to measure boiling point.
The temperature at which a liquid boils is called its boiling point.

The boiling point of freshwater is lower than the boiling point of saltwater.
there is no boiling point
Concrete is a mixture of materials like cement, water, and aggregates, so it does not have a specific boiling point. However, if concrete is exposed to high temperatures, the water within the concrete will start to evaporate around 212°F (100°C) and the concrete can begin to break down at higher temperatures depending on its composition.
What is the boiling point for calcium?

The boiling point of freshwater is lower than the boiling point of saltwater.
Whether or not the boiling point of neon is negative depends on the temperature scale used to describe the boiling point. If the boiling point is given in Celsius or Fahrenheit, the boiling point is negative. However, in Kelvin, which cannot be negative, the boiling point is positive.
The boiling point of methanol is lower than the boiling point of ethanol.
The boiling point of a liquid is the temperature at which its vapor pressure equals the atmospheric pressure. At this point, bubbles of vapor form within the liquid, leading to a phase change from liquid to gas.
