There are at least three answers.
1) Sefer Hayashar ("Jasher"), mentioned in Joshua 10:13, may be one of the works which we no longer possess today, just like "Sefer Milchamot Hashem" (see Numbers 21:14) and various royal chronicles (2 Kings 15:6).
2) There are works by various Rabbis by the name of Sefer Hayashar. The one most commonly referred to is a book of Jewish laws and ethics by Rabbi Yaakov ben Meir, written in the 1100s. It can be found in Hebrew bookstores.
3) There is a book called Sefer Hayashar - Midrashim, which is a prose narration of Biblical events with added detail. Its authorship is uncertain but the book is widely known and available.

Originally the Book of Jasher was written by King Solomon. Jasher is not the name of a person. This is the Book of the Upright. In addition to the knowledge of many that the original writings of Moses were the Book of the Wars of the Lord, the Book of the Covenant, the Manner of the Kingdom, and the Book of the Testimony. Including the writings of the Prophet Samuel until King David, those Books were compiled and revised by King Solomon into one volume of library book. During Septuagint, the Book of Jasher and all available books of the Hebrews were being measured and tested if they passed into the standard. Through this process, the books were categorized into three divisions: The Law (Pentateuch), The Psalms, and the Prophets. The Old Testament Books were being translated from Hebrews into Greek now became available for many languages in our modern time are useful and helpful for our study, but the real motives of the religious leaders in simplifying the contents of the Books were to deceive the ordinary Hebrew people and to get control of them by twisting the Law of Moses and the Prophets.

The intension of many for many years to find the missing Book of Jasher and the original manuscript of its contents have not prevailed. Though many books have surfaced over several hundreds of years with the same title and claiming to be the lost Book of Jasher, it is believed that they are all spurious - unauthentic, specious, false, fakes, imitations. The interest in the book of Jasher was generated by the perception that the book gave a more detailed account of the events that are mentioned in the books of Joshua and 2 Samuel. The Hebrew meaning of the Book of Jasher is the book of the upright, or the book of the righteous. Many Hebrew writings with this name do exist, the earliest was published in Venice in 1625. To add to the mystery and to the spurious assessment of the 1625 publication, no manuscript has ever been found to prove its authenticity. There have been over thirty Hebrew editions of this same work published since the 1625 publication. This particular version of the so-called Book of Jasher was published in English, in New York in 1840 by Mordecai Manuel Noah. A few years prior to the publication of the English edition by Mr. Noah, another Book of Jasher, published 1751 in London and again in Bristol(England) in 1829 was found to be fictitious and a sham and came to be known as the Pseudo-Jasher book. Mordecai Manuel Noah's English version of 1840 is believed to have been originally written during the thirteenth century A.D. in Spain. Most of the character names in the book excluding biblical names are of Arabic, Spanish or Italian origin. The Hebrew style of writing used around the thirteenth century and middle ages differs considerably to the Hebrew, and Hebrew inspired writers from ancient times. The book itself more or less corresponds with the book of Geneses, Exodus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, and Joshua. Evidence is quite substantial against the 1625 Venice publication, and the 1840 English translation not being the lost Book of Jasher. As with the Holy Bible there are many interpolations and subtractions to alter the truth and the spirit of the meaning of the text; For what purpose? I leave that for the open minded to investigate. In any event, if you have a good grasp of the truth, which is light, and you have the Holy Ghost as your guide, which is a witness of the light, then you will be able to discern the light from the darkness as well as one can differentiate between day and night.>
