bronchi (plural form:bronchus)
The trachea branches into two primary bronchi which farther branch into secondary bronchi.
The two tubes leading into the lungs are the bronchi. They are branches off the trachea, and bring air into and out of the lungs.
Bronchus refers to one of the branches (air passages) of trachea that go into the lungs.
The tracchea runs down the neck and branches into the left and right lungs.
The main air tube in your throat is called the trachea. You can feel its ridges of cartilage along the front of your neck. The trachea has two branches called bronchi which are also strengthened by cartilage. They lead to the lungs. The next smaller branches are called bronchioles; they are soft without cartilage since they are inside the lungs. The bronchioles lead to the alveoli where the work of the lungs takes place.
Lungs - The lungs are the main organs of the respiratory system. In the lungs oxygen is taken into the body and carbon dioxide is breathed out.Trachea -The trachea is sometimes called the windpipe. The trachea filters the air we breathe and branches into the bronchi.Bronchi - The bronchi are two air tubes that branch off of the trachea and carry air directly into the lungs.
the trachea is air passage tube that allows air to enter your lungs. the bronchi are two little tubes that are connected to the end of your trachea and lead to the lungs.
tThe trachea ends at the bronchia which takes air from the trachea to the lungs.
the trachea (windpipe)
trachea is the tube that connect the throat and lungs, while oesophagus is the tube that connect our mouth to the stomach.. so there is different tube that must not be confuse..The path of air into the lungs is mouth/nose to pharynx to windpipe (or trachea) to the bronchi to the bronchioles to the alveoli. The trachea (or windpipe) carries gases from the throat to the bronchi, which carry gases into and out of the lungs. The trachea, or windpipe, splits into two main branches called bronchi to carry air into and out of the lungsThe main large tube that carries air to the lungs is known as the trachea. From there it is divided into two branches called bronchi, which then further divide into bronchioles and further divides into alveoli.
The wind pipe is called a trachea. It brings air from your mouth down into your lungs. It is a straight tube at the top that separates into two branches, one going into each lung. These are the left bronchus and right bronchus.
It tends to act as a passage for air to go to the lungs when we breathe.
