It really depends on what flash drive you have. For Instances, I have a 4 GB memory, but there is 8 GB, and I'm pretty sure there is a 16 GB memory. It should have it printed on your flash drive, but if it doesn't, when you plug it in to your computer and click on the name, it should give you how much memory you have used up out of how much you have.
I hope my information helped you even though it wasn't exactly what you may have been looking for. Thanks and I hope you have good luck with it! :)
(I don't have a file on here but...)

The capacity depends on the # of gb it has.
You cannot upgrade an iPod Touch's flash drive to a larger capacity. The flash drive is what it is on an iPod Touch. You cannot change it, increase or decrease it.
The amount of data/information the flash drive can store at one time.
The flash drive or stick has reached its capacity. Depends what you are storing and how big your flash drive is.
Well 4GB.

2 TB
Go on My Computer.. And its shown.
You can't. A 1 GB Flash Drive will only have a capacity around 1 GB. Short of modifying the actual hardware, your 1 GB flash drive will always be just that; a 1 GB flash drive.
Dt 310 - 256 gb
The smallest USB flash drive that is easily found nowadays is a 2gb. It is possible to find smaller, but difficult. The largest memory on the normal market is a 1TB flash drive.
To store small (or sometimes large, depending on the storage capacity,) amounts of data, such as programs or program files, documents, or videos (hence the name, "flash drive").
