BC is the capital for provinces, and as for cities, Vancouver holds that title.
Yes but in some provinces or cities they don't.
Canada has only one national capital which is Ottawa, Ontario. Each of Canada's provinces has only one provincial capital. Therefore, interpreting your question literally would receive the answer that none of Canada's provinces has two capitals...unless you are not distinguishing between national and provincial capitals. If so, then the province of Ontario has two capital cities within it: Ottawa, Ontario is the national capital and Toronto, Ontario is the provincial capital.

The total number of cities in Canada in 9 provinces (Except Quebec) and 3 territories are 160. A city can be recognized if the population is at least 10,000 or over. Note: Quebec does not distinguish between cities and towns and the total number is more than 150.
Canada has no such thing as a "capital code."

The legislative or maybe more properly the legislature buildings are located in the capital cities of each of the provinces and territories. Nationally, the House of Commons and the Senate are located in the nations capital, Ottawa, Ontario.
