There is no game-legal print of Slifer just yet. Ra has had his game legal version released in Japan, but not in English yet. Slifer hasn't even been announced in Japan at the moment, but should be eventually.

Depends who you ask. For you it may be the best God Card and of course he is pretty good, but for me it's Slifer the sky dragon since it gains like 1000 ATK for each card in your hand and he destroyed monsters with his effect.

I only have the new Obelisk, but if they say anything like "This card cannot be targeted by spells, traps, or effect monster cards" that means cards like "Man-Eater Bug" and "Tribute to the Doomed" cannot destroy them. However, cards such as "Dark hole" "Raigeki" and "Cyber Jar" can kill them. For Ra, the same rules apply for any card effect when it is summoned. You can pay all but 100 life points to make it Ra's attack level. Slifer's summon is the same as the others. His effect allows you to increase it's attack and defense by 1,000 for each card in your hand (if you have no cards in your hand, it's attack and defense are 0) When your opponent special or normal summons a card in face up attack position, it loses 2,000 attack. If the attack reaches 0, the card is destroyed. Sorry if this is wrong! I don't have Slifer or Ra!
