What is the cause and what should you take if you have a constant headache at the front and back of your head and you also get a nose bleed when the pain is severe?

With symptoms like this it is important to get a blood pressure check. High blood pressure can sometimes be symtom free, but some people experience constant headache, or can hear their pulse more or experience more frequent nose bleeds. Untreated high blood pressure increases risk of stroke and heart attack and can cause kidney failure.
