Hi there in most cars not just in meganes if the leak is inside the car in either the drivers side or passenger footwell its normally the heater matrix which is located behind the dash board. But check under your carpets first as you may have a hole in the floor which would let in in rain water wen driving.
Try to remove the covers that are just below the front window (those with holes in them). They are easy to just snap off. Chance is big that you will find this area filled with water. This is due to a drainage hole that tends to get clogged on meganes.
ppm1connector pin4
could be a wheel bearing...or just that its a french car
In order to remove the key card reader from Renault Megane the cover surrounding it on the dashboard must be removed first to gain access to the reader. Removing the reader all together would cause the car to stop functioning.
Worn valve, bent valve, damaged piston and/or rings, head gasket failure.
There are pages and pages of things that can cause a check engine light. You need to have it checked with a scantool. Then the code can be diagnosed and repaired.
The probable cause of the brake lights not working on your Renault is the brake light switch. The brake light switch can be found under the dashboard by the foot pedal.
hi this might help :the heater blower fan resistor is situated in the top of the air ducting behind glove box and pass airbag.Access to it requires removal of the top part of the dashpad and also part of the flexible demister ducting.May be a good idea to check the cabin filter for blockage(access from pass footwell)as this can cause resistor to overheat
It will do some internal damage ie bent valves being the main one. Hi I'm just half we through taken a head of a megane 1.4 coupe that had timing belt snapped. It will also cause damage to pistons as well, the amount of damage will be on how fast you was going when it let go but it will have cause damage though. If it has bent valves you may need to check the valve guides as well.
it cud be a loose wire under one of the front seats try giving them a shake wile ignition on an watch for the light to go out, worked for me on passenger seat.
Sounds like the coil plugs are faulty
