The Warsaw Ghetto Uprising took place in April of 1943. It was a riot that broke out when the Nazi's were attempting to load the last of the Jewish communities in Poland onto the train to take them to the concentrations camps. Sadly, the Jewish people lost this resistance.

Their was many causes to the Warsaw Ghetto uprising but the mian reason was that the SS decided to deport 275,000 residents in the ghetto ( about 60-70% of the Ghetto's original population) to Treblinka. This was decided in september 1942 and due of it being too long, people were getting suspiciouse and when the deportations began, it comed clear to most that they weren't being sent to labout camps but instead to their deaths. After realizing this, some Jews decided to fight the SS Guards.
