What is the cheat code for having twins on the sims?

NOTE: Before you complete any of these steps, your Sim must already be pregnant.

1. Open the cheat bar (Ctrl + Shift + C)
2. Enter 'forcetwins'

When in labor your female will now give birth to twins.

While you are playing the game hold all these buttons control shift and c then the cheat box will appear on the top of the screen then type in Forcetwins while your sim is in maternity mode ( is pregnant ). You can do it a second time to make sure then wait for your results{When the sim babies are born}!

there is not a cheat, but there is a way to have triplets. if you go to this website you can download a patch that will allow you to have up to four babies at a time. http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php/topic,18.0.html all you need to do is unzip the file and put it into your game.

This is how you can get twins there are two ways to get twins one way when you know your female sim is pregnant get the cheat box open shift-ctrl c type in "debug twins" thats one way another is when you know a female sim is pregnant open the cheat box and type in boolprop testingcheatsenabled true then shift click on the pregnant sim and click "debug twins" and thats ways to have twins on the sims 2 hope I helped.....Enjoy! :)

While the sim is in labour you pause the game and press shift+ctrl+c and a box will apear on the top of the screen, you type in forcetwins. It worked for me I hope it works for you.
