i think its on the moter way around the westside rollerz area and i think its a people carrier like the Hannibal yes it is like the Hannibal and its a westside rollerz car. also the car is called a Quasar so type in #quasar for the cheat. hope this helps! the QUASAR is in saints row 2 but it is a rare car ive seen it before but that is when i first got the game oh if you mean saints row 1 yes it is still in there
