Nepal has landscape diversity from 70m above the sea level to the highest peak on the planet (8,850m). Thus, one can find a huge climatic diversity in the country.
However in generalised form, spring starts in April and until next March a whole four-season cycle is completed just as in other countries of the world.

Some parts of Nepal are not as cold as the rest, but to someone who can wear jeans and a sweatshirt most of the year, Nepal would seem pretty cold. Cold is subjective - if lots of people live there, it obviously doesn't bother them too much, so I doubt if they would say they felt cold.
