Three words describes the climate in Ontario during the winter months...
BONE CHILLING COLD
... in addition to other descriptive weather-related events such as ice storms, blizzards, lake-effects, etc.
So, if you intend to visit Ontario during the winter months, be sure to pack your Parka (or buy one along the way) warm boots, gloves, hat and scarf, 'cause it is sure to be bone, chilling, cold when you arrive!
NOTE: Remember. Do not bring these items during the summer months, because we enjoy the same hot weather you do during that season. You wouldn't believe how many people visit Ontario in the summer months with winter gear in tow believing Canada is the 'Home of Ice and Snow'... It may be the home of ice and snow, but only in the Winter!
