Well, Coral Reefs are usually found in tropical waters (near the Tropic of Cancer). The water temperature in coral reef areas usually ranges in the 70s and 80sºF. But Reefs can also be man made by sinking ships and such, but they usually aren't coral reefs.

the climate on the great barrier reef varies depending where you are on the reef. in the north the climate is hot to tropical. in the south the climate goes from hot to cold with the seasons. the great barrier reef runs the full length from north to south on the east coast which is why the climate depends on where you are

when you think about it you couldn't do a climate graph for the Great Barrier Reef (GBR) because it is water you could try and find a graph showed the increase in temperature but otherwise you wouldn't find a climate graph

BTW this was written by a 12 year old who knows what she is talking about.

The sea surface temperature of the Great Barrier Reef does not vary a great deal, remaining between 22 degrees Celsius and 29 degrees Celsius (75 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit) all year around, depending on the season and on how far north one travels. Although the Reef extends for around 2300 km down the Queensland coast, the majority of it is in tropical and subtropical waters.
