The clip on top of the strikefire/crossfire attaches to tactcal rails, allowing you to have a pistol attached to various guns with tactical rails. This allows for a pair of quick firing pistols, a pistol you can detach, prime, and fire in a short time, or a reverse gun to scare off people trying to sneak up behind you.
