Clutches on any vehicle for an average driver that doesn't ride the hell out of the clutch should last you anywhere from 75k to 100k miles. If your bad, a few weeks. I've seen it happen. If your having problems with the clutch on your Jeep, you might try diagnosing the clutch hydraulics as those seem to fail quite frequently on them. My 95 XJ has had issues in the past with the Clutch Master Cylinder going. Here is a test, open up the Clutch Master Cylinder cap and have somebody press in the clutch and let it go. Watch the fluid. It should stay at the same level. If its beep bopping up and down the master has failed. Look at the transmission bellhousing if the fluid level doesn't change. It would be dripping down the side. If that is the case, the tranny will have to be removed so make sure you buy a QUALITY CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER. Good luck.
200,000 + miles
you have a bendix abs systems which means there is no brake booster the abs system takes its place it is warrantied for life by jeep
If you take care of it, a long time. However if you don't, it will break down all the time. A friend of mine has a 88 Cherokee with almost 750k miles, go figure
There is no such sensor, the oil change reminder only runs off of mileage on a 2004
In the fuel tank. It is designed to last the life of the vehicle or 100K miles, which ever comes first.
I just hit 300,000 on my 4.0.Oil pressure is getting pretty low at idle, but starts everyday summer or winter.
If the clock keeps resetting in a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, the problem is probably with the battery. It is quite possible that the battery is going dead after the vehicle is parked, leaving just enough life in it to restart the car. It can also be an alternator problem causing the battery to be drained.
4.0L I6-NO 4.7L V8-NO 3.1L Diesel-NO 2.7L Diesel-NO It would have a chain.
I got approx. 168,000 miles and 8 years out of my 2002 clutch. I do most of my driving on the highway. Clue that it is going bad....clutch pedal gets harder to push in. When that starts happening start getting quotes because - as I learned - when its done it is done!

The life expectancy of a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee typically ranges from 150,000 to 200,000 miles, depending on factors such as maintenance, driving conditions, and how the vehicle has been used. With proper care, including regular oil changes and timely repairs, some owners have reported their Grand Cherokees lasting well beyond this range. However, individual experiences may vary. Regular maintenance is key to extending the vehicle's lifespan.
