Different countries use different codes. Also, it's not clear what you mean by "call blocker."
In the US and Canada, you dial *67 (or 1167) to block your Caller ID on a per-call basis, or dial *82 (or 1182) to unblock Caller ID on a per-call basis.
In the UK and Ireland, you dial 141 to block Caller ID, or 1470 to unblock, on a per-call basis.
Other countries use different codes.
In internet explorer go to tools option in that pop up blocker to be turned off.....

it is not a good idea to turn off your pop-up blocker, any sort of virus or spyware can be connected to a pop-up. If you need to you can turn it off for certain websites but allowing it for every site could potentially hurt the computer.
