most likely a dirty throttle body, mine had a bad case of P3191's every-time the temp dropped below about 35-40F... cold start or cold air restart - engine stall after 3 or 4 seconds. I received letter from Toy, said, dirty Throttle Body - take to dealer - took - no charge repair or rather clean, problem solved - for now (been about 3 weeks) - we'll see. Get this - 115,000 miles, 1993 amazing car - love it, on way to dealer for free oil at 115,000 miles stopped at store for gas, off about 5 minutes, outside temp about 40, cold air restart - 4 sec- stalled engine, checked engine oil = nuts on the full line, engine does not use oil or make oil. Get scanner out/plug in/start engine/run scan = P3191, one code. Hop in and drive to dealer with letter and notes of scan on back of letter (5min drive). Ask for oil change and attention to recall letter. Guy comes out and says it's OK, that he cleaned the T-Body and drained some of the oil out 'cause it had too much and that's what caused the P3101 that he erased along with the P3191... SAY WHAT, was this before, during or after the oil change? OH, I did not know you wanted oil changed... Everything done/ no-charge, But I wonder why he lied - I'll never know, even when I called him on it he looked me right in the eye and lied. Next time maybe I'll record the conversation. PS the P3101 is engine failed to start - this has never happened... good luck guys, be sure to check the recalls...
