It was actually printed in Washington for use in Hawaii during WWII. The bills were a different color and had the name HAWAII in large letters so they'd be easy to spot and could be declared worthless if captured by the Japanese. There's more information at the Related Question.
Uh, if you look at the bill it will have the word HAWAII printed on the front in small letters and on the back in large letters. More importantly, the seal color will be brown instead of blue.
