the word "gay" doesn't functionally have a comparative form, because either a person is gay, straight, or somewhere in between (or some might include orientations outside those parameters). One person cannot be more gay than another. In other words, one man cannot be more male than another man (and it's the same for being gay). The only time a comparative is used for "gay" is when it's being used as an insult.

THe comparative form of evil is more evil.

The normal English comparative of evil is "eviler." However, it is more common to hear people say "more evil," which is also acceptable.
