Creator made them to heal in spirit, soul and body, not only smell good. Inhaling eo's brings the molecules up into the body, thru the olfactory bulb that is in the nose. These molecules are healthy because they are from the plant. Chemical and solvents that make up fragrance oils also have molecules that can be inhaled and go into the body. They are not healthy. Darn near every company that sells essential oils has excellent oils. They wouldn't be able to stay in business if they didn't. Young living oils are no better or worse than oils that can be purchased from Amrita, or Blue Sage Naturals or any of the other companies that sell essential oils or use them in products or anointing oils. There is serious controversy in the eo world regarding this company's marketing and usage methods. To learn more purchase a book by Robert Tisserand, Maggie Tisserand, Valerie Worwood and others skilled in eo's. Do not purchase a book made by or marketing just one company. What is henna?
Natural Henna is made from the leaves of the henna plant. They are ground up and mixed to a paste with a liquid, be it lemon juice, coffee or tea or bottled water. If the quality is good enough it can be used for body art, if it`s not that high, it can still be used for dyeing nails and hair. The colour on the skin can vary from a reddish brown tone to a cherry black depending on which body part you put it on, how long you left the paste on, how well you follow the aftercare instructions and where the powder was harvested. If you want to determine the resulting colour on your hair, you need to factor in your natural hair colour and look for recipes that will give you the colour you`re looking for. There are plenty of mixing options for henna for hair and a lot of tones can be achieved from red to brown. Even black is possible if you dye with Henna first and then follow up dyeing with Indigo. Sadly you can find a lot of products online that are called henna but really are not, it`s mostly chemicals with little or no henna at all. If you`re interested in buying henna powder or paste, buy from a reputable henna artist in your area and ask them any questions you might have.
