What is the computer password on poptropica?

Go to the website (www.poptropica.com) and enter as a new player. When you have personalized your "avatar" and entered the islands, clicking "save and exit" at the lower right will start the registration, which only involves getting a Username (not the same as your avatar name, like Leaping Whale), and setting a password for you to use on future visits. When you come back, using the username and password as a "returning player" lets you continue with your character. If you don't make one, your character will be erased when you leave the site. Write down your username and password so you don't forget it : they cannot be recovered if lost.

In Detail

First, you go to the Poptropica website (www.poptropica.com) and click on new player. Once you do that, on your screen it will say, Create your character: boy or girl. Choose whichever you want to be. Then it will say, How old are you? Click on how old you are. (You have to be 6-15 to play.)

Then it will say Welcome to Poptropica and a character will come up. Move your character around. On the left, there will be a self portrait of your character and it will have a name. If you are not happy with the one it gives you, click on 'Change Character'.

When you are done, click on Enter Poptropica! Choose a Poptropica Island (There are 9 of them.) You are now in Poptropica!

NOTE: When you have finished playing, click on 'Save' to save your game. Choose a Username (not your own name) and Password (5 characters at least) and click OK. Then once you have gotten a username and password, click OK. You can return to Poptropica using this name and password as a "returning player".

24 Carrot Island - fuzzybunny (launch command is launch rabbot)

Spy island - the passcodes (enter separately) are Laser, Hair, Removal.

Shrink Ray Island - M4R13 CUR13 is C.J.'s password.

Lunar Colony - the reboot code is square, loop, circle, X

Zomberry Island - you have to find it, but the phone code is Doctor, password Awesome

Night watch Island - the code word for the scooter is "frost"

You can change your password on Poptropica, but it may cause a problem with accessing your character. So when you create your account, make sure it is a password you will remember and that most people wouldn't guess.

If you do decide to change your password, select the Stats page (the star on the upper bar) and click "change password" at the bottom left of your Stats page.

If you are concerned that you may forget your password, or that someone may try to steal your character, you can register an e-mail with Poptropica, so that they can mail your password to you.
