I dont know because it is not really and connections because the had diffrent ways to do things
They are both seen as "lawgivers" to their respective Ancient Middle Eastern cultures.
There is no connection between Moses striking the rock and Jesus. The only connection that does exist is both we're Prophets of God
Both Moses and Hammurabi gave their people a set of laws to guide their lives. Moses gave the Israelites the Ten Commandments while Hammurabi gave his people 282 laws known as the Code of Hammurabi.
hammurrabi that is really how its spelled
The connection between Jewish Law and Hammurabi's Code is still being investigated. In July, 2010, archaeologists reported that an Akkadian cuneiform tablet was discovered at Tel Hazor, Israel, containing a 1700 BCE text that was said to be partly parallel to portions of the Hammurabi code.
Those were ancient moral codes.
They both made a set of laws for their civilization
The Code of Hammurabi, of which we have a copy, dates from the beginning of the seventeenth century BCE. We have no firm evidence that the law of Moses ever really existed other than as a late tradition, but the biblical account is believed to place it around 1400 BCE. So, the Code of Hammurabi would be much older than the law of Moses.
Hammurabi was the first to produce written laws, and this innovation has subsequently proved to be extremely popular in Europe, among other places. Every government produces written laws now. The laws may be wise or may be foolish, but at least they are written.
Passover is the holiday on which we commemorate the Exodus from Egypt (Exodus ch.12), when God commanded Moses to lead the Israelites out of Egyptian slavery (Exodus ch.3-4 and ch.6).
No. While there are similarities there are also significant differences. Apart from jumping to conclusions from comparing the two texts, there is no external evidence from any source that Moses copied from Hammurabi.
Wifi, you see they just had a special connection
Joshua certainly would have believed Moses to be an Israelite, but nobody "alleged" that Moses was an Israelite. Moses was an Israelite because of his ancestry and because of his connection to the people and he believed he was an Israelite.
