Well, first off, after you have separated the seeds from the pumpkin guts, you should soak them in a very strong salt water for about an hour. After that, put them on a foil baking sheet on the top rack of your oven and bake on 200 degrees F for twenty minutes or until golden brown. When golden brown, take them out of your oven while still warm and toss with more salt, garlic powder, onion powder, etc. Hope this helps!
