Corporate use planning is the act of looking a cities or a towns resources. When corporations are thinking about relocating the engage in corporate use planning. They look at how are the school systems of the city they are thinking about moving to preforming . How is the local entertainment industry?

  • restaurants and
  • family events.

They also look at how safe a city or town is. They look at the above mention categories for a few reasons; but one in particular. The employees. In order to run a successful business you have to have happy employees, safe employees, and an area where their children can thrive. If the city is safe workers will feel good about going out and spending money, if there are events to go to employees are entertained (all work no play is not good for anyone) If the schools are preforming well employees won't be so hesitant to have children.
