The Apollo missions were named more or less in order. After Apollo 1 was destroyed in a fire there were no other manned missions until Apollo 7. As such, starting at Apollo 7, the missions were named in order. Apollo 11 was 4th mission after Apollo 7.
The landing site was chosen for a complex variety of reasons including its position on the moon in order to minimize the distance traveled to conserve fuel, and the angle of the sun at the landing time. Also, the need to get the astronauts back to earth at the safest time of day for splashdown was taken into account. Also, the area had to be reasonably flat for landing. In the approach to the surface, the computer was found to be heading the lunar module toward a landing on a crater, and Armstrong took over the controls and was able to land the Eagle in a more suitable part of Tranquility.
Apollo chased Daphne, a nymph who ran away from him. She asked the earth to change her into a tree in order to escape him. She became the first laurel tree. The laurel tree then became sacred to Apollo.
The book is a lot more comprehensive and goes into a lot more detail than the movie does. Although the movie is very accurate, the director did take some artistic license in order to increase the movie's entertainment value. For example, the astronauts did not get in a heated argument in the capsule about whose fault the explosion was, and in the beginning of the movie Jim Lovell saw the moon landing from Mission Control, not from his house. That scene was done to introduce the characters. Jim Lovell's book is called "Apollo 13" and he also has an audio version of it.
During the first lunar landing, by Apollo 11 in July 1969, Michael Collins was the pilot of the Command Module that orbited the moon, whilst Neil Armstrong and Edwin 'Buzz' Aldrin landed on the lunar surface. There were five further successful lunar landings after Apollo 11: Apollo 12, in mid-November 1969, where Richard F. Gordon Jnr. was Command Module Pilot Apollo 14, in early February 1971, where Stuart A. Roosa piloted the Command Module Apollo 15, in late July 1971, where Alfred M. Worden was Command Module pilot Apollo 16, in the second part of April 1972, where Thomas A. Mattingley II was Command Module pilot Apollo 17, in mid-December 1972, where the Command Module was piloted by Ronald B. Evans Apollo 13 never made a lunar landing due to the nearly catastrophic disaster that befell the mission on the outward bound trip to the Moon, when an oxygen tank exploded. The main priority after that was to get back to Earth safely, so the ship made an orbit of the Moon in order to use the energy from this manoevure to 'sling-shot' the craft back towards Earth. However, the Command Module pilot on this ill-fated mission was John L. Swigert Jnr. Thomas Mattingley, who flew on the Apollo 16 mission, was originally scheduled as pilot for this trip, but was replaced by Swigert at the last minute.

Yes, and you want them to because if they are paid out of order then it will be a mess to correct.

Per Vickie Cob, Chancery Court Judge, it becomes an order, "when it flows through my mouth" of which I was found guilty for an order that on paper, did not exist.Added: The above answer is correct in ANY jurisdiction - in point of actual fact however, any judicial order is effective the moment the judge affixes their signature to it. Its filing time/date with the Clerk of Court has NO significance whatsoever.
